Adolescence can be a turbulent time, and when mental health and substance use concerns arise, early intervention can make a lasting difference. Our adolescent/teen IOP offers structured support, allowing your child to continue their education while receiving the care they need.
Our IOP is tailored to meet the emotional, social, and developmental needs of teens ages 13-18. Whether transitioning from our Partial Care Program or beginning care with us directly, this structured program runs weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., providing space to practice therapeutic skills in real-life settings while continuing school. We create a supportive environment where early intervention can make a lasting impact, helping teens better understand themselves, build healthy coping strategies, and strengthen relationships with family and peers.
Our program equips teens ages 14-17 with the structure, tools, and support they need to build lasting resilience and face everyday challenges with confidence.

Our Adolescent IOP provides therapeutic care three days a week for approximately 3 hours each day. This includes individual therapy, group sessions, and age-appropriate skill-building activities, all designed to help teens develop strategies for managing emotions, behaviors, and stress in their daily lives.

We empower teens with practical tools to recognize and manage emotional triggers to prevent setbacks. By learning to apply personalized strategies, teens build confidence and resilience, supporting long-term progress toward emotional health and stability.

Teens receive a comprehensive toolkit of coping strategies to navigate anxiety, stress, peer pressure, and other emotional challenges. These skills help them stay grounded and confident as they handle the ups and downs of everyday life.

Our program emphasizes real-world life skills like self-care, time management, and healthy communication. These tools help teens better navigate school, home life, and social relationships with growing independence and self-assurance.
Our IOP offers the right level of support for teens ages 13-18 who need more structure than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require full-day care. We provide:
Our IOP helps teens build emotional resilience, improve self-esteem, and develop lifelong coping skills, all within a supportive and understanding community.

An IOP is a structured treatment program that provides comprehensive mental health and substance use support while allowing participants to maintain their daily responsibilities. It offers therapy, skill-building, and relapse prevention strategies in a flexible, part-time setting.
Our IOP helps adolescents (14-17) who require structured treatment, 18-year-olds still in high school, and young adults (18-35) with co-occurring disorders.
Unlike traditional therapy, which typically involves one session per week, IOP provides more frequent, structured support—three days a week for 3-4 hours per session. It offers a higher level of care without requiring full-day commitment, making it ideal for those who need intensive treatment but also want to stay engaged in their daily lives.
IOP offers structured therapeutic support three times a week. It is a more flexible option than our Partial Care Program, which is a full-day, five-day-a-week program.
We treat co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns through a holistic, age-sensitive approach. Our team supports teens with evidence-based therapies, ongoing monitoring, and a focus on helping them understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
Our IOP for adolescents typically involves three-hour sessions in the evening, two to three times per week, lasting about eight to ten weeks. The schedule is designed to accommodate school and other responsibilities, with flexibility to adjust based on individual needs. Family involvement, including at least one weekly group session, is encouraged to enhance treatment outcomes.
Yes, family involvement is encouraged! We offer family support and education to help loved ones understand the recovery process and provide a stable, supportive environment for long-term success.
